On Wednesday April 24th, the“Celebrate Appalachia!” event will take place on the Wheeling Jesuit campus with a dinner featuring local dishes, crafts, while guests can enjoy the music of local musical bands. “Crandall Creek” a high- energy bluegrass band out of Moundsville WV as well as “Bill Gorby & The Musical Mercenaries”, an eclectic array of Americana music with roots in folk, bluegrass, classic and modern tunes out of Raymond OH, will also perform. A display of Quilts sponsored by the Seams Sewed Snugly Guild based in Moundsville will be showcased during the festivities.
