When a student is entering the final semester of academic work towards a degree, it is time for the application for graduation to be completed. This signals to the Registrar’s Office to begin the review process in conferring the degree. Students are encouraged to do so from the student portal in
Academus under the Academic Profile by clicking the “Application for Graduation” link. For circumstance that prevent use of the student portal then the
Graduation Application can be completed via a paper form to be submitted to the Registrar’s Office. Application does not guarantee completion as all requirements for the program and university must be meet first. Once a degree has been conferred the diploma will be mailed out to the address given in the application. Allow up to 60 days from degree conferral for delivery.
